All calls from customers and potential customers are always returned within 24 to 36 hours.  A TLC specialist is available to meet during working hours Monday through Friday and by special appointment on Saturday.

QUOTES  ¨   CONTRACTS

Estimates and quotes are FREE.  However, if the services of our Landscape Architect are required, a fee will be established.  (A quote is something specific that the customer will tell us they want, while a design is something the Landscape Architect creates).  All quotes accurately reflect the final cost of the project, assuming there are NO CHANGES to the scope of work.  TLC always uses contracts and change orders for all of its work.  We typically do not require a deposit from our customers for most contracts and/or work orders.
